How much does the service cost?

Pricing is a flat monthly fee starting at $375 and is customized based on your business needs. Services can scale as your business grows, so you only pay for what you need, when you need it.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

We primarily use QuickBooks Online, which is a reliable and flexible platform for managing business finances, and we can assist with setup if needed.

My books are really messy and behind. Can you still help?

Absolutely! We’re a judgment‑free firm and never evaluate clients based on the current state of their books. In fact, cleaning up and untangling messy books is something we genuinely enjoy. We offer clean‑up services to organize and reconcile your past financial records, giving you a clear, accurate starting point and peace of mind moving forward.

How do I share my documents and statements with you?

We make document sharing easy and secure, using either your QuickBooks Online account or our encrypted client portal.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No long‑term contract is required. We work on a month‑to‑month basis because we want clients to stay with us by choice, not obligation. If our services continue to add value, the relationship naturally continues.

How much of my time will this take on a monthly basis?

Very little, once the initial setup and/or cleanup is complete. You won’t need to think about what to do each month—we guide you every step of the way. We send a clear monthly document checklist and consolidate any follow‑up questions, asking them all at once at month‑end instead of piecemealing requests throughout the month. Clients love our process because they don’t have to remember anything—we prompt you whenever we need something.

Do we need to meet in person?

We do not require in-person meetings and work primarily online, allowing us to serve clients efficiently and maintain competitive pricing while delivering high-quality service.

That said, for our local clients, we enjoy meeting face to face within the first few months of working together. This initial in-person meeting is completely free and provides an opportunity to strengthen communication and build a solid working relationship.

What is a Certified Bookkeeper?

A Certified Bookkeeper is a bookkeeping professional who has earned certification through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). This certification requires meeting education and experience requirements, successfully completing a multipart, proctored examination, and agreeing to follow a professional code of ethics.

An AIPB Certified Bookkeeper has demonstrated a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping best practices. Working with a Certified Bookkeeper provides confidence that your financial records are accurate, properly maintained, and handled by a qualified professional committed to high professional standards.
