Absolutely! We’re a judgment‑free firm and never evaluate clients based on the current state of their books. In fact, cleaning up and untangling messy books is something we genuinely enjoy. We offer clean‑up services to organize and reconcile your past financial records, giving you a clear, accurate starting point and peace of mind moving forward.
We make document sharing easy and secure, using either your QuickBooks Online account or our encrypted client portal.
No long‑term contract is required. We work on a month‑to‑month basis because we want clients to stay with us by choice, not obligation. If our services continue to add value, the relationship naturally continues.
Very little, once the initial setup and/or cleanup is complete. You won’t need to think about what to do each month—we guide you every step of the way. We send a clear monthly document checklist and consolidate any follow‑up questions, asking them all at once at month‑end instead of piecemealing requests throughout the month. Clients love our process because they don’t have to remember anything—we prompt you whenever we need something.
We do not require in-person meetings and work primarily online, allowing us to serve clients efficiently and maintain competitive pricing while delivering high-quality service.
That said, for our local clients, we enjoy meeting face to face within the first few months of working together. This initial in-person meeting is completely free and provides an opportunity to strengthen communication and build a solid working relationship.
